Turbo timer

I just recently installed a GReddy full auto turbo timer w/ a harness for my 1990 Toyota supra turbo...I am just wondering which wire i have to cut so i can use my keyless to lock my car and set my security system...i'm asking because while the timer is running i can't use my keyless to lock my car and if i use my key to lock the alarm goes off when i unlock it....any help please?
