just wanted to know if u can go turbo or spray nas on a stock ass b18a in my da ..just wondering...please let me know so i dont fuck up my enigne if i decide to do this thanks

Nitrous will not blow your engine it is very safe. I spray a 200shot on my stock b18 and i run 11s son yo.

ok... well basically. yes you'll blow your motor if you arent built for nitrous oxide. (low compression, and a valve train)
btw. NOS... is a brand just like nitrous express and ZEX so dont spray, and dont go and spend $600 on an ebay turbo kit either, because that is most likely your next question... save up.... get some pistons and a valvetrain if you wanna spray, or save up, and buy a real turbo kit and GET IT TUNED if you wanna boost :) |

listen you can run both if you want but in the long run the nos if you dont spray it at equal shots you will blow the motor...i have a buddy who ran 175 shot on a b16 and it eventually fucked it up now he needs new clutch brackets and piston rings and sum other shit but i mean he runs 200 shot on his 88 camero with no probs you should be alright as long as you spray equally each time good luck hope htis helped

10 to 11psi on a stock b18 will run with no problem. If you go 15 and over the cylinder walls will start to "float". That is the main reason you need to get your motor built and tuned.

but i mean you could prolly boost like 8-10 lbs safely if you get it tuned... look on ebay for b18a1 turbo pistons, or b18a1 low compression pistons.... and i HIGHLY suggest changing the way you spell "nas" to "nitrous oxide" NAS = a rapper NOS = a brand of nitrous oxide or the ricer way to say "nitrous oxide" hope it helps ya out :) |

Oh and the amount of boost isn't whats gonna hurt anything...concentrate on the amount of power. 15psi on a 14b isn't the same as 15psi on a sc61 |

You mean cylinder wall "flex"... Valves can float, cylinder walls can flex. If you run your ign. timing too far advanced you can cause the cylinder walls to flex which can blow head gaskets or crack sleeves aswell as cause a dangerously high egt... |
