check obvious things like shaft play (in/out and side/side) could this "siren" sound possibly be a metal on metal sound @ very very high rpms...?? again, check shaft play...

i checked shaft play before i put the turbo back in the car and its a metal gasket same as i have had before but its new. i was told by people it is how it is suppose to sound but it just sounds odd. and it makes the noise through all rpm ranges

i think the problem could be with my fuel pump it not sending enough fuel to the engine. Now my fuel pump somtimes cuts on somtimes doesnt. i hooked it up directly to a battery and it primed and everything. i also put new relays in i also checked my wireing. any new suggestions

your fuel pump has nothing to do with your turbo sounding like that

WAIT...!!! IS THIS A CERAMIC TURBO? if so,those damn things sound like superchargers....or at least like high pitched meowing kittens under the hood ...if so, your probably hearing that!!
