hmm i have a turbo b16...i think its a matter of opinion in this one ..do what u want ..either way its a crx a all motor setup will be fast ..but a turbo set up will be even faster if done right....

turbo is the only way. but then again yuo have a honda. nissan you can beat the hell out of the engine and it won't mind. I wouldnt' mind another honda, then go turbo, just put some work into the internals.
i guess it depends if you want to rebuild it (with aftermarket stuff) I can rebuild my nissan with factory stuff and still push up to 400whp. i dont think you can do that to a honda without aftermarket internals or bottom end atleast.

If you're asking then it sounds like you aren't exactly an engine master....If you aren't, probably its better to go all motor. If you are quite engine savvy and are the type to get others to do the work for you...go all motor, its a lot less risky.
