I have a idea, if its not raining get a water hose and have some1 spray you in the face. Or just get in the trunk and look where the waters coming from?

THere are two panel clips which hold the sail panels in place, and they're the lowest part in the rain channel around the trunk seal. Check to see if those are leaking.
Make sure you don't park facing downhill during heavy rain or water can collect against the back glass, and can run into the interior past the trunk seal. There are drain hoses for that, but they get overwhelmed if its really raining hard, and the drains get clogged with debris sometimes. The drains actually drain the compartment with the glass in it, so the interior won't get wet from water going down the window itself, but if there is water pooled on the trunk it can get past the trunk seal.
There are a few other things it could be too, but those are the big ones..

Yeah. I would check the panel fasteners on the sail panels first though, they're more likely to leak and easier to check. Interesting design oversight by Honda, that's for sure.
