trunk isnt fitting right
so. i have a 99 civic si (em1) with a cracked tail light, backed into a mailbox.
bought n painted the bumper.
bought n painted to metal thing under the light,
what do you think the problem is that's making the trunk un-even?
any ideas? help?

If something is so deformed your trunk isn't lining up, the problem should be fairly obvious, look for a big crease/dent in the sheet metal.

its shoved the quarter panel in and down by the sounds of it....its going to need to be put on a frame machine most likely to be pulled back where its supposed to be

i mean, i wasn't really going 50mph. but i was trying to back outta someones road. nd a car came, nd i hit a black spot were the shitty ass chester roads are fixed. and swerved and hit a mailbox. and yeah, what nft said.
