timing and water pump

Default timing and water pump

Im trying to find out if the timing and water pump from b16a3 is the same as a b16a0. i have a b16a0. i was told its the jdm version of the b16a3 but im not sure could anyone help me please. i need to replace the timing belt and water pump just trying to find out the settings and which water pump to use.,

Go to the dealer and ask for a timing belt and water pump from a 1999 Honda Civic SI.

well ive got the belt just need the water pump im just trying to find out what to base setting the timing off of.??

base timing is 16 btdc...

this engine was actually out of the jdm integra from 90-93. so i just need to know which water pump is interchangable.

if it's a b16 then get a b16 water pump... but i believe all b series water pumps are the same.. 99 percent sure

No, there is the 19 tooth, and the 22 tooth.

I always mix them up, but one waterpump goes on the vtec motors and the other non-vtec.
