im gonna assume he means the head is ported and polished and the intake mani is port matched to the head?? i would just have your stock one port matched to the intake mani. stock tb's flow pretty well unless you making serious power. and judging by the fact it's a honda, it's prob not.

Not serious power just a 94 ls teg n I've got a vtec head ported n the manifold the match n everything I need to go ls vtec

Unless you go with a turbo, the stock 60mm should be fine.
