Tacoma X-Runner 6spd wont go in gear
Alright, i have a X runner with a 6 speed tranny. I got the transmission replaced at 55k miles due to the previous owner shot out fith gear(I now have 72K). Heres whats goin on.... I was driving down 95 going home last night and everything was just fine, i was getting off at my exit ramp and knowticed that it was having trouble with me down shifting while i was slowing down(didnt want to go in out out of ANY gear. I limped it home in 2nd gear, and parked it. Woke up this morning and it WILL NOT go in any gear. Even with a minor amount of force. Ideassss? Clutch?

Should have bought a Frontier! Does the clutch feel any different? You can have someone look up under it while you press the clutch to verify slave cylinder movement. If you can get it into any gear you can push the clutch in and start it to see if it moves forward or bogs the engine at all. Obviously if it drags with the clutch engaged , it is time for a new clutch. Warming it up might aid in putting it in gear. I would verify you have fluid in the sumbitch first though.

It could also be the throwout bearing seized. There was a TSB on the oem throwout bearings. Could also be your clutch fork. But definitely check the slave and master first.
