swapped ef trouble
ok so i traded for a EF hatch with a b18c1 block,b16 head, drove car an hour and 40 min home with no problems, start it up 2 days later and it will not rev over 3000 rpms,i wait like 6-7 hours start it up again and it runs fine for first 10-15 min the will not rev over 3000 rpms again....any sugestions as to what this might be???

is it using an obd0 / I / II ECU?
OBD0 codes are read right at the ECU.
key switch on produces 1 blink to show ECU is getting power. then codes are flashed if there are any.
