well i dont see how it would be any differnt than any other engine...
disconnect all electronics/harness
drain all fluids (oil, coolant, and maybe tranny depending on where u disconnect the drive shaft, if u take it off the diff u dont have to drain the tranny...if u take it off the tranny then it'd be best to drain it first so it doesnt pour out onto the ground)
disconnect drive shaft
take off shifter
unbolt motor and tranny mounts
pull

That engine can be pulled in a few hours, but you have to be careful about the injector harness, because it is a pain to get out without damaging it, if you aren't careful. Also, the radiator support is very easily damaged when pulling the motor out because there is little clearance. Other than that, it's no big deal.
