Default Still having Problems

Hey, i posted a while ago but still nothing.

Problem:
Idles - Fine
1-5th Gear - When i drive (any gear 1 2 3 4 or 5) i would be driving down the street with my foot on the gas then all of a sudden the car will stop getting gas or something. with my foot still on the gas the car isnt gaining any speed and then i tap the gas and still nothing happens...after keeping my foot on the gas and waiting a few seconds it'll fine kick in and i'll be gaining speed again. it's really weird....soemone PLEASE HELP ME :-D

This is what i replaced so far:
Spark Plugs
Spark Plug Wires
Disty Cap
Fuel Filter

I got a whole new 2.5" DP and Exhaust installed a couple weeks before this happened.
