Stereo Question
Well crutchfield has a good deal on some kickers so I was planning on purchasing some, but Im thinking my head unit wont be able to hook up cuz its just a base pioneer model. Its a Pioneer DEH-1900MP and any help would be appreciated.

Would that amp work? It says two ohms but if I wire the subs a certain way it would lower them from four to two or something.

The rating on subs and amps really arent that dependable. But if you are going to just hook up the subs to the cd player then it wont be worth it. you will not get much more bass that way. on the back of the cd player there should be 4 wires that are not being used. red and white with female plugs that look like rca cables. those are your pos and neg to the subs. When u get an amp then go for it. make sure you know how to wire the amp-as in the ground/power/antenna/pos and negs. If you do it wrong you can mess stuff up. a lot.
