Stasis Transmissions for audi

Hey guys is anyone familiar with Stasis Engineering's transmissions? I have been driving an Audi s4 that is equipped with one. My questions is do these trannys typically make a lot of noise. The one Im driving makes a low groaning noise and at idle there is a very faint chatter. The tranny performs flawlessly other then the sounds it makes. Now ive experienced beefed up trannys before that make similar noises but I just wanted to see if anyone has had any experience with Stasis.

This is just an aftermarket gear set for the OEM transmission?

It sounds like straight cut teeth but looking at their site they dont appear to be.

Helical teeth can be noisy too depending on the tooth shape and number of teeth. Both of those things affect the contact profile when meshing and therefore the noise.

Thanks guys for the responses. I got in touch with Stasis and found out it was normal because of the cut of the gears
