starting problem need help

i have a 96 hatch with a b16 head. my car wont start at all. at first i thought it was th efuel pump change that then i got the starter check that was good to go and the coil is good to go. i also brought a new dizzy. it still doesnt wont to crank up. it does prime up so we know its getting fuel but it wont start.any ideas?

So it has an ls with b16 head..did you just install the head and its not running? or has it been running and just stopped?
