is it making any sound?
pull the starter and hook it up to the battery and make sure you didnt buy a bad one
check how many volts are getting to the starter
should be a positive wire connected to the starter and a small one i believe
one from the battery and one from the ignition(?)
if its getting power triple check all your grounds and relays
where are you located?
