sr20dets14 swap in 95 240sx?
I just wana hear from anyone that knows alot about or has done a sr swap like this. I am seriously thinking about doing this and sorta wana weight the pros and cons and get a good idea of were i need to be money wise to completely do this swap.... also if anyone has a good site that offers s14 swaps besides heavythrottle i like to check them out....just drop me a line on this thread or email me...... apreciate the help guys....

The swap part is easy. The wiring part is a PAIN!!! Get some one to do the harness conversion for you. Mail out, ebay, whatever...from what I've seen the s13 is easier to put into a s14 than a s14 sr20det..lol..price wise locally your looking at about $6000 installed. That's for a redtop. Chk. around I think that's the best anyone can do...and we are booked as far as SR swaps go..lol...because of my RHD 180sx project...lol

I'd MUCH rather put a S14 SR in a S14. There's MUCH more wiring to install a S13 SR in a S14. I only had to move pins around on 3 or so big connectors.

Ive heard alot about you greaser id like to email you sometime and talk .... i dont mind the ka only has 40000 miles and brand new seals and everything just got it swapped in .... ill talk to u more later about it but i live in south carolina now so it might be difficult

well the reason i jusr put new ka in the 240sx was because the old motor was blown when i bought the car so i had to buy something cheap you said buy ur fmax kit explain that 2 me
