Default sr20det starting help!

I just swapped my short block from my old sr motor because the old motor shot a rod. I just tried to start it the other day and all it does is crank. It cranks and occasionally you hear it almost start. It sputters and you can hear it coming throught to the exhaust. I dont know what's wrong with it. I'm getting spark, I did the test and it was a blue spark. Im getting fuel I checked the rail and injectors were spraying fine. When i tried to start it again there was a wierd honk noise coming from the starter area. Im not sure if the starters bad or if something else is wrong with it.

Timing is set back to factory. Adjusting the cas did nothing.

CAS is probably 180 degrees off. You'll get spark, and it will stutter during cranking. It'll also backfire through the intake.

If you want, I can come out and take a look at it. I got nothing big planned for the next few days.
