Default Spark plugs for LS

I have a 93 DA9 5 SPd. AEM short ram and full header to muffler 2.5" exhaust. I am changing my plugs and wires this Friday and I looked at what was installed in my motor. The previous owner had put Bosch platinum plus 4's in it on the stock 230k mile original plug wires. I am putting NGK wires on it but not sure as to if I should go with the pkatinum 1x iridiums from NGK or put new Plus 4's back in from Bosch. Ive read some forums but most of all of them are just arguing back and forth over what plugs are best. So stock copper,or platinum that's what i wanna know. And if either one is more benifical than the other.

Platinum will last longer, copper will theoretically give a better spark but won't last as long. Use whichever one you want, because you aren't going to notice a difference with an LS with 230k miles on it. You'll gain more power from the new set of OEM plug wires than you ever will by changing to a different type of spark plug on that engine. If you put in new plugs and wires and it feels more powerful, it will be because they're new and nothing else.

Find out what the OEM plug style and brand was and put that back in. Your engine is pretty stock, no reason to change what is known to work.

Yeah that's what I thought too since it has 230k on it. Just trying to get it to feb so I can rebuild it or replace it. Thanks for the info.
