It's not that hard to put on. It's basically self-explanatory when you take a good look at what you have to do.

I just hope you don't slam the shit out of your gears all the time...that shifter WILL break.

My dad just made me one out of carbon steel and that thing will not break...and it was free.

If you know anyone that has access to a machine shop and is a machinist, they can help out a lot and save you a lot of money.
