idling at about 500 rpms, its still has power just shakes more as i give it more gas...and it doesnt shake like its misfiring if thats what your implying.

Re: shaking like micheal j fox
compression check first, but I am guessing misfire due to fuel or spark
Other starting points:
Check fuel injector connectors and proper injector pulse and patterns
Verify ignition timing and see if firing consistently in time.
Disable the fuel injectors and see if the engine will start and idle well on supplemental fuel only.
Check Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor voltages - the Yellow/Red wire should have approximately 5.0 volts, the Green/White wire is a ground and should read 0.05 volts and the White wire is the output signal and should read about 3.0 volts key on engine off and about 0.9 to 1.0 volt at warm idle.
Tee in a vacuum gauge to the Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor to check engine vacuum at warm idle - look for 20 - 21 inches.
Check the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor voltage on the Red/White wire - look for approximately 0.5 volts on a hot engine.
Make sure the ECT sensor ground is good on the Green/White wire - look for 0.05 volts or less.
