Default Setting Valve Lash/adjusting valves

My beater motor needs the Valves adjusted badly. It has new valves/head job done (all stock) and its time for the valves to be adjusted. I have Feeler gauges and tools I just need to know the procedure.

The Engine is a 1997 D16y7 SOHC Non-vtec honda motor.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I found out how to do it, and did it. It's fairly simple.
