Im changing the upper/lower ball joints on my 90 civic hatch this coming weekend,and would just like a few pointers.I have the upper control arms w/ball joint attached,inner outer tie rods,and lower ball joints.I know i need special tools bu which ones exactly?

any serious help appreciated

all you should need besides your regular tools is a "pickle fork" to separate the ball joints from the assembly.

I'd recommend a jaw puller vs a pickle fork. Just rent one out from autozone or something.

so i went to auto-zone and rented a basic spring compressor(for coil overs),and a inner tie rod removal tool,which looks like a cheater bar with a socket and 1/2 inch drive hole in it.The guy was gonna rent me a puller/press tool that looked like a big c-clamp but he said it was broke and the other was already rented.if i get the jaw puller how will i press them back in.

this is my Friday project because im off work
