sebring starting problem
 

Ok my sister has a 96 sebring and somedays it starts and sometimes it wont we have replaced the distributor many times to see it that is it it work for a few days then messes up again but if you spray ether in it'll start at least my dad told me he tried that so what do you think it can be and sometimes if you are driving stop turn it off then it wont start again and sometimes it will take like 5 or 6 times

Any help please if i can get it fixed i can have so help me please

its the shut down relay on the firewall
