Default scraping/ metal rubbing somewhere on rear right wheel

I have front and rear disc setup on my 93 del sol. I can hear a weird sorta noise coming from the back right wheel setup. I jacked it up and rotated the wheel and i could hear sort of a metal scraping sound like a hiss. If i rotate the wheel slowly you can feel where it like catches for a second. Anybody have any ideas?

Pads catching on the rotor? May have a sticking caliper? Maybe bad wheel bearing?

drive it down the road, turn it hard enough to load of the suspension on the right side, if it gets louder, its a wheel bearing, if not, problem going to lie somewhere in the brakes most likely.

sounds to me like a sheetmetal shield could be rubbing the rotor. Your not going to know anything until you pull it down and look at it

I vote for sheetmetal shield a.k.a. dust plate as well.

Lightly hammer a Craftsman socket on the wheel locks then use an air gun, but go relatively slow. Also if try tp "chickenwing" the socket on if it won't hold. Just an idea, I have had to do it a couple of times. My ex's sister lost her key. you also will probably have to replace the wheel locks. (use a craftsman b/c if you break it you can get another one)
