Drill+drill bits+bolts+nuts= seats installed

Thats the only way to do it unfortunately. We've put them in an EG hatch and a DC teg and we just drill new holes and put nuts and bolts with some big washers on the under side.

Awesome driving position once installed though. They sit and feel perfect, so long as you don't mind drilling a few extra holes in your car.

go to the hardware store and get some bolts, or use whatever bolts you can find, granted they are at least a 12mm shank(for safety). Your going to need a few diff length's most likely. The bolts will go all the way through and the nuts and big washers will be under the car.

And if you want to be safe in case of an accident, weld a 4 to 6 inch squareish piece of plate under any new holes you drill, to spread the load. While you're at it, tack weld a nut on the plate. If you're only moving the hole a small amount (1 or 1 1/2 inches), using a plate isn't very important because you'll still be in reinforced metal.
Regular floor pan metal (non-reinforced, not close to the original seat holes) is not safe with washers, it's too dangerous in an accident. The washers don't spread load well enough because they aren't welded in place, and you risk the washers ripping through. There's a lot more force than you think, really..

Whatever you do, use sealant and spray the underside of the car with undercoating where you drilled. Floor pan rust sucks.
