what are some of the better turbo's being used on s2000s on stock motors right now??

300-400??

Check out the Mase engineering kit if you want the best bang for your buck imo.

my buddy made 476whp (pump gas) on a stock 04 s2000 with the Full Race Kit. Its magnificent.

mase has the most complete turbo kit there for the s2000 with high hp numbers out the box. comes with everything ems,injectors turbo, clamps everything for bolt on.

but only with a 300-400hp range goal for you. you would be better off with a greddy kit or even thinking about going with a supercharger.
