Default S13 Ka24det Build

I know there all over the place but still.

Im picking up a 91 s13 coupe this week

im a noob to turboing cars, so i would like to do it my self then pay alot of $$ for labor.
I will be getting the head work done professionally, but as far as the turbo, intercooler and bov and stuff like that i would like a step by step of how to install it.

If anybody can link me to a build of installing all the turbo parts please do so,

i dont want one that has block/head work done bc im not doing that my self. im shipping it to a shop for that, thanks guys i already know how much im spending and have the basics just would like a good noobie build to install all of it.

Glad you're doing ka-t buddy. But you really don't neeed any step by step instructions.
You're putting a:
-manifold on, turbo, intercooler(the piping will have to be fabbed, it's pretty damn hard to find a decent pre fab'd ic piping for the ka assuming your log or topmount)
-You'll also block off the egr
-run a oil filter sandwich plate(very convenient way of sourcing oil for your feed line.)
-Have your oil pan tapped, run a return line to that.
-set your MAF a proper distance from the turbo on your new intake. / OR incorporate it into your i/c piping. (I've seen this have good results)
-up your injectors to accomodate the boost you'll be running.
-maybe a fuel pump if you're trying to do big things.
-and then a tune.

Once you have all the parts, it's quite easy, just expect your car to sit for at least a day or two. But don't rush things, and don't expect it go perfect first time around.

Done this before; fun stuff.
My two cents

^Ditto.

Very straight forward install minus the tapping of the oil pan. Called in sick to work one day and did mine, so it's relatively quick assuming you'd have everything on hand. Real fun, tho. Didn't mind it at all over the SR.

Thats what i thought, i had a feeling it was a pretty easy install. just dont know about tapping into the oil pan and stuff lol, i hate drilling things, but hey if i mess it up theres always the junk yard to get more parts off of it lol.
