running rich?
i have a 95 gst. its running rich and i adjust the FPR and it still stays at 10.2. FPR is adjusted to 43.5. all my emissions have been taken out so i think theres only 4 vacuum lines left. I also have DsmLink so i know i need a tune. can anyone give a few pointers on where and what could also be a problem other than a vacuum leak? i know my boost gauge is showing about 10lbs of vacuum at idle which isnt good.

Why are you trying to adjust the air/fuel ratio with a pressure regulator? Go get tuned.
-10PSI (gauge pressure, not absolute) is 20 inches Hg. I stay away from DSMs as much as I can but that doesn't sound like you have a vacuum problem...
