Running lights not working on 96 civic
My rear running lights stopped working today my brake lights still work when I press the pedal. I replaced all four bulbs in the rear and checked fuses but still no luck can anyone help out

Grab a multimeter, find out what circuit they're on, and check to see if the fuse is getting power. Replacing the fuse won't help you if that circuit isn't getting power.

ive had this happen to me. I had a set of jdm foglights all ran on the same circuit as my running lights and they wouldnt engage buy the brakes would. sounds like the same exact problem. Even tho the fuses arent blown, check to make sure there isnt any exposed wires touching. It's most definitly a wiring problem, we just had to rewire my foglights seperately and they worked fine. check fuse 27 under the dash.
