Default Rubbing sound in front wheel section

I have a weird rubbing sound in my front passenger wheel well. I am not sure what it is but it sounds like someone sanding a piece of wood. It stops if I start to accelerate or if I start to brake. The car is a 1995 Honda civic dx.

Probably a brake pad dragging on the brake disc. You might have some piece of plastic in the wheel well that's rubbing on the tire but only making contact until the suspension bushings deflect under acceleration or braking. You should be able to rule out the obvious things very quickly, but a dragging brake pad is slightly harder to spot without taking the wheel off.

Ok the sound comeing from the passenger side wheel well is louder. The sound has changed and sounds like marbles rubbing together also when I turn the wheel to the passanger side the sound stops. It also stops at speeds over 70mph.

i say wheel bearing.
its sounds like what is sounded like with me.
but if ure stock height i dont see why it would be going bad.
did u hit any large bumps or anything before it started making this noise?
if u did the seal on the bearing might have broken.
then the grease comes out thus producing the rubbing sound
