I'd get the 4040 Prop valve and a integra master cylinder and brake booster. Did this to my civic and it worked great.
If you don't want a Integra setup, use a 91 Civic Ex one. It has the biggest master cylinder for the Civic style master cylinder.
E-brake cables are from the Del Sol VTEC model. And brake lines should be used from the same model.
It's a easy and straight forward install.

If you don't need a larger master cylinder, don't get one. If you go larger, you'll have to apply more pedal pressure for the same amount of brake force. Whatever you swap from an OEM rear disc Civ/Teg will work fine, but don't go with the biggest master cylinder you can find just because its big. What I'm saying is that you should get a disc master cylinder if you have a drum cylinder right now, but don't go for the biggest one you can find. Get one that matches the brakes you're installing.
The only reason to go with a bigger cylinder is if you need to lower the brake line pressure or if you need extra fluid volume for a multi-pot caliper upgrade, etc.
Master cyls are sized according to displaced caliper volume, pedal length (pedal ratio actually), and line pressure. It's a ratio, if you go up or down in one parameter then something else has to go up or down to match.
Going bigger isn't always an upgrade... I'm not sure why people just swap out their master cylinders (on OEM brake systems) without doing anything else, unless they want a harder pedal feel and more braking effort.

you can do the swap yourself. for real. its pretty simple. when you take everything off then you can put it back on the same direction. the hardest thing is getting a good bleed. that took me a little while. if you really need help lmk. i will take some good detailed photos for you. also anit-sieze is your friend
