Default Rear disc conversion

hey, i have a 99 civic dx and i just picked up a disc conversion off a 95 integra, i know Si brake lines will work in the rear, but will they work in the front with my DX stuff?

also anyone know if i can pick up EX/Si front calipers and brackets and run EX/Si front rotors? or is the hub different on a DX?

thanks!

Are you upgrading the fronts to a dc teg brakes?

Spindle should be the same.

the front dx hubs are different. you can just run the entire spindle from the teg in the front and the entire trailing arm in the rear if you wish. si ebrake cables and a 40/40 prop valve. upgrading the master cyl is also an option.

you need to clarify exactly what you want to know.

i have an entire trailing arm setup of a dc2 with dc ebrake cables, and i also have an ITR master cyl/brake booster. i know those will be fine with my car, my question was will Si brake lines work in the front of my car with my Dx stuff, until i can upgrade to dc or si stuff.

you want the brake hoses for the brakes not the vehicle. use dc/si rear brake lines with the rear disks and the front hoses will all work fine with any brakes ie. interchangable. look into a 40/40 prop valve from a teg to keep the rears from engaging before the fronts.

yeah i know about the 40/40 prop valve but, why is the part number for the prop valve from my Dx the same as the part number for the prop valve on the Si? doesnt make sense to me
