Default Rear Diff install

Hey all, first time posting, long time lurker

I've got a Corvette with a crapy 2.73 gear I bought a rear Diff with a 3.42 gear and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on a shop to install it. The shop will also need to have EFI live or something to change some tables in the computer for the new gear. I'm looking to delete torque management and stuff too.
