a loose heat shield or something of that nature....in my car when i drive at really low rpm's i hear something by/ on my exhaust rattle.....you can check this by doing the kick test...simply kick your tail pipe(s) lightly, youll hear if something is loose

it almost sounds like there is something loose that is hitting something or is getting thrown around somewhere in the engine bay.

Get under the car and check the heat shield. I'm betting it's the heat shield.

I've also heard of timing belt tensioners doing this. I have the same problem but I think it's my heat shields, I have just to been to lazy to check.
