Default Quick Dumbfounded question

Quick question for you honda people. I'm working on my mom's 91 da, has a stock b18 in it and i'm replacing the rotor button along with other supporting bs. how to i get the rotor button off, i see the new one comes with a screw and i was wondering if this is one with a screw holding it on or not. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
