i currently have a 90ls and have questions since no one wants to buy i am thinking of boosting it but really dont know what would be a good setup for a good price between 1500&1800 if possible fellow g2ers help

You might be able to build a custom non-intercooled setup for $1800. Brand new turbo for $450 at www.turbochargers.com; manifold, pipes, and exhaust @ $1000; you can get the missing link and miscellaneous parts at www.overboost.com; oh, nevermind....your budget is not going to cut it (unless you get all used parts cheap). You still need larger injectors, a FPR, some sort of boost controller (not electronic if you're going the cheap route) and an air/fuel regulator. There's probably some other stuff I am not thinking of at the moment. If you want it done right, save your money and save yourself some grief. The only way to make it cheaper on you is to not use an intercooler, which you don't need. You also may not need BOV's. Not sure how necessary they are on turboed Hondas; my car does not need them.

Before you do this, I would upgrade your brakes and suspension.
