Default question about suspension

ok heres the deal, i have a 2000 civic ex, the problem is if you drive it normal, it drives fine, but if you get on it holding the wheel straight, the car will drift across the road with the wheel still straight, now the jackass before me took the sway bar or stabilizer bar(whatever it is) off of the front for some dumbass reason, i dont know why, but im thinking thats the problem, but i curious if that would cause this problem, all comments are appreciated

Are you talking about the sway bar under the car? Just put it back on and see if that fixes the problem. I would also get a good alignment.

Alignment, maybe a balance too.

I think the swaybar and alignment will take care of that. That passenger wheel was turned out pretty good remember?
