what is the best way to strip the black paint/coating off of my ls valve cover and polish it???

you probably dont have axcess to air tools (most people dont) but if you can find a place that has an air drill with interchangable attatchments, you can put a polishing wheel on it. Ive polished many things one of these and it works like a charm...

almost everyone i know including myself has an air compressor and air tools dude.........but i guess your right, some people who dont do much work on there own cars dont have those things........and yes ill agree with the polishing wheel, i used my teeny tiny one on my head when i was doing some port work, turned out pretty damn shiny.......

oh yea i finished that z today, wil be delivering it tomorrow, will take pics, and then i am trying to get into the booth to paint my car on monday, ill send you some pics.........

yea, i was just saying...i do all my own work on my car and i dont own any air tools...but then again i have axcess a full set of snap-on tools at work sooooooooo... but anyways..
