Opinions on building for boost.

Opinions on building for boost.
Well, I have untill summer to be done with my new project. I need opinions on what Rod/Piston combo to go with, and building the head.
I want to make around 350whp. Time is not a concern, neither is money. I would like to do about 350whp and 250+wtq on a daily basis and be able to up the boost at the track when wanted/needed.
I need opinions on what internals I should use, and who I should go to, to port and polish my head and intake manifold.
The engine is a b18b1.
Give me some opinions and some combinations to start looking at
Thanks.
Also, I'm still deciding on what kind of turbo kit and turbo I would like to go with. I want power from around 3,500rpms and up.

Spoon, and Jun.
and even perhaps Mugen.
They are as far as I know the best of the best for Hondas. If your going to do it do it right.
First of all you will want good quality rods, and some pistons that drops the compression down to 8.5:1. From there its all pretty much basic car power stuff.
