Default Oil on Spark plug threads?????

I was inspecting my car the other day and i found that the spark plugs had oil on the threads but no black burn off on the plug. I drive a 98 ITR, this motor used to be turbo charged before i bought it, it burns oil (thought the rings might be bad). i have not done a compression test yet but was just wondering if anyone knew what the oil on the threads of the spark plug could mean????????

+1, it's part of the valve cover gasket kit. It's prob just the spark plug ring gaskets on the bottom of the valve cover.

tube seals possibly, but if the motor has been boosted, you may have some blow by that is causing it.
