oil return line?

Default oil return line?

i bought my turbo a few months ago and the bastard didnt send the oil return line off the turbo, does anyone have one or could possibly tell me what i should do in order to make one?

which turbo? if it's a toyota turbo you could probably go to toyota and get the part that goes into the return on the turbo itself, then order the stainless steel line and tap for your oil pan...it should only cost like 20-30 bux to order those last two things though...

order a steal braided line or go to hampton rubber and have them cut you however much you need.........

yea the turbo is a CT26, the block is a 5SFE now do i have to tap into it or where is the oil feed at

cant help you on the oil feed. honda guys normally tee off the oil pressure sensor but it's probably totally different on a toyo.

no, it's the same. now, the return will be the tricky part. you need to return the the oilpan, but i would recommend using an oil cooler inline first. air-to-air is fine, but placing it will take some imagination. also, the MkI uses a banjo type fitting when returning to the oilpan. this is a better idea than using just a straight nipple. it's (the banjo) less prone to leaking oil. don't go too low on the oilpan, but don't go too high either as the oil pick-up will suck warm turbo return oil...
