oil light

I drive a 94 Acura Integra. So... my oil light started flashing tonight. Before you even think "you are an idiot and you are low on oil" stop. I just change the oil 2 days before. I started wondering "did I tighten the oil plug." Yes I did. "Did I put the oil filter on tight?" Yes I did. I pulled over and check the oil. PERFECT. I started the car again and it didn't flash. This could have been a random fluke, but I figured I would post this up and see what else could cause this. Anyone have any ideas?

Cliffs:

1.Change oil 2 days ago.
2.Oil light flashed
3.No leaks and perfect oil level.
4.??????
5.Profit?

EDIT: This is my 1,000 post. :)

hook up a gauge and check it, chances are its just a bad sensor for the idiot light. :)

Is your light an oil level light or an oil pressure light. If it is the second you could be having problems with a few things like an oil pump, or bad sending unit, etc.

My bad. Sorry man I have been really busy lately. Lot of gf drama happened a few hours after I left you on the side of the road.

will look into this.

So, I was driving tonight on the very same road and the light came on at the exact place it did last night. I believe the car is possessed. This is on Courthouse Road going toward Hull Street Rd at the light right after Powhite Parkway.

Might be the oil pump, how many miles are on the motor? I had the same thing happen to me on 2 of my integras. Was the oil pump taking a shit on me each time.
