OEM STEREO & an iPod adapter
I wanna buy one of those iPod adapters that plug into to the OEM stereo CD changer din plug. Having said that is this... Can I still control the volume & the changing of the songs with iPod instead of controlling everything through the deck? I've done the AUX input thing and I want to go in a different direction...

That all depends on the Ipod adapter you by and also your OEM radio. Without you providing more information about your car thats the best i can give you.
