IM looking for someone to doctor up my odometer on my car to make it read slower then it is actually going msg

I believe that's called a speedometer. It's a thing that measures how fast those four black round things spin.
And if you are talking about your odometer, that's totally illegal to tamper with. Might even be a felony, I don't know.
