VADriven.com Forums - obd0 pr3 ecu troubleshooting

Ok, to make a very long story short, I have a 91 civic si with an obd0 b16a that is having some serious problems. The check engine light keeps coming on randomly at this point, at first it was consistent now I just don't know. But when it does come on, my ecu does not flash any codes from the led. Is there anyone that 1 has had this problem, or 2 has a known good ecu that I could test and possibly purchase? I am in the Harrisonburg area and could drive up to an hour to meet up. From what I have read, when you turn an obd0 car ignition on, the led should light up to let you know its working, mine does not.
