Default obd0 b16 misfire

OK so i have a b16 in my 90 crx hf.. I cant seem to find whats causing the misfire. Ive changed Fuel filter, Plugs, WIres, Cap,Rotor, Ecus, and Dizzy. I have msd on the car and have wired it up withought the msd box straight to the blaster coil. The coil is the only thing i have not changed . It misses with or withought the msd box, so i have ruled that out. Im gonna change the cap tomorow to retain the internal coil.to see if that works. LMK if u all have any info.
thanks

Why do you have msd ignition.

Stock is just as good and more reliable.
