Default OBD-0 Ecu HELP

Im throwing codes 6,9, and 10. Can anyone tell me what these are, and would it cause vtec to not engage?

6- Coolant temp

9-cylinder sensor
10-intake air sensor

6 = coolant temp sensor, 9 = TDC sensor, and 10 = Intake air temperature sensor. and yes it will cause vtec not to engage.
