Default No Spark! 99 SI

I have been working on a 99 SI with a B16, Im getting no spark to the plugs, along with a code 15 with certain ecu's. the car was started about 6 months ago and ran fine, he went to take it out the other week and its not starting. it started on AEM 6 months ago with a crap tune, so he bought the obd2b to obd1 jumper (works in another car) and put a Chrome chipped ecu on it. when he tried to start it thats when the code 15 popped up with no spark, so I had another chrome ecu that just came out of a running car that had no issues and when i tried that one code 15 came back with no spark. so we changed the ignitor, then the coil then tried a dissy off another car that ran fine and it still a code 15. so we tried the AEM and all it does it crank but no code 15 along with no spark. so then we tried the stock SI ecu and no codes but yet no spark. I ended up getting a brand new dissy and tried every combo and its still has no spark.

New NGK plugs
new NGK plug wires
New main relay
new cap and rotor
brand new dissy ( works on another car )
Im getting power to the dissy
cleaned all the grounds on the car
its timed correctly
has compression
tried 4 ecu' AEM that ran it 6 months ago, a stock SI ecu out of another car, a Chrome chipped ecu that just came out of a running car and the Chrome ecu he just bought.

So what is left? I even had him lock and unlock the doors with the factory keyless entry to besure that it was unlocked.

I have had the whole harness off the car looking through it. with it being OBD2 the ECU plugs come out with it. When ya convert it to OBD1 the Crank sensor on the oil pump is eliminated.

Check the wiring at the ECU. My Brother had a simular issue in his hatch and a small white wire pulled from the ecu connector.

See if your connections to the icm are in tact. Wright also mentioned a good thing to check your wires at the ECU. pinout A21 and A22 are for your dizzy. Depending on how you are swapping your ECUs you may have loosened a wire out if you are pulling them out. Let us know if you figure it out.

Put a new carburetor on it and clean the points.
J/K.
Check for continuity between the distributor and the ECU.
