Bad blower motor? Broken linkage or cable that shifts the air from hot to cool?

first off if you upper rad hose it hot and the bottom one is not that means two things. your thermostat is not working or your water pump is out. so that is something i would check. it has to be one of them two. but if you change out the water pump you might as well change the t-stat

no..ur bottom hose should be cool..thats wut puts the cooled down coolant back into the motor.....the top one is wut brings the boiling hot water back to the radiator...i agree with the blower motor or broken flap linkage not changing positions

Yes the blower motor works. The truck does not overheat. AC works great even if you turn it to the red.

ok so the bottom hose is cold but you said its going to be that way but your motor runs at around 190 degree. that doesnt make sense. i would check out your water pump and t-stat. because its not suppose to be cool. you cant grab it with your hands and say that cool. when its warmed up you can touch it and pull your hand off of it.
